You tell us what you want guests to know about the hotel. Amenities, dining, offers, loyalty programs, experiences and practical information. We can advise on what may be useful, but the final content is your decision.

We research the neighbourhood and bring you a proposed list of local businesses and experiences. It is a starting point, not a fixed list. Add businesses you already love, remove any you do not want, or change the list entirely. You have final say over every recommendation carrying your hotel's name.

We turn your decisions into the finished guide. We write the copy, design every page, organise content and imagery, and handle outreach to the local businesses you have approved. We manage the moving parts while keeping you informed.

You receive the complete guide to review before production. Change the wording, imagery, information or recommendations if you want to. Nothing goes to print until your team is happy with it.

Once approved, we coordinate production and delivery, manage the participating business relationships and organise restocks when you need them. You retain control of the guide, while the ongoing administration stays with us.
