Ownership and permitted use of custom guide designs, hotel branding, photography and other project materials may also be addressed in the written agreement for that project.
6. No guaranteed advertising outcome
Participation in a guide does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, visits, revenue, impressions or any other particular commercial result. Actual outcomes depend on factors outside Strictons' control, including guest preferences, hotel occupancy, location, seasonality and the participating business's own offering and availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Strictons is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on general website information, or the acts, omissions, products or services of independent third parties featured or linked through a guide. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this website and will apply to website use from the date shown above. Changes to an existing paid engagement will be governed by the agreement for that engagement rather than by changing these website Terms alone.
